How far away is the beach?
The beach is 3 blocks or 3/10th's of one mile from the main resort where the pool is located.
The beach is across the street from Maria's Suites and Maria's Seaside Cafe.
Are there supermarkets in the area?
Yes, there are several. Check our locations tab for more details.
If we stay at Maria's Suites, can we use the pool?
Yes, regardless of which location you stay at you may use the pool or any of our facilities.
Is there a charge to park our car at the resort?
Each guest renting a room may park one vehicle at the resort, maria's suites and Breezeway Beach. Each additional vehicle is charged $15 / day in season. Guests renting a 2 bedroom suite, a villa or the cottage are allowed two parking spaces for free.
What's the earliest we can check in?
Check in time is 3 PM but if the unit is not occupied and has been cleaned properly, you are welcome to check in from 9AM onwards. If the unit is not ready for occupancy you are still invited to use the facilities prior to the 3 PM check in time.
We are just passing through the area and why can't we stay one night?
Please call our reservation number at 800-462-8872 to inquire. Sometimes, we are able to rent certain units for less than the minimum night stay requirement. Not always, but sometimes.
